Where does Pet Shop Nepal deliver?
We deliver the same day in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, and by courier to Pokhara, Bharatpur, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, Dharan, Nepalgunj and other cities in 1 to 4 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs. 100 inside Kathmandu valley and Rs. 200 outside. Orders over Rs. 3,000 are delivered free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and card.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source from authorised importers and distributors in Nepal and check expiry dates before dispatch.
Can I return a product?
Unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free.
What is Autoship?
Autoship is repeat delivery on your schedule. You save 15% on the first Autoship order and 5% on repeat orders, and can skip or cancel any time.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number on the Track your order page, or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you sell pet medicine?
We sell tick and flea treatments, dewormers and supplements. For prescription medicine please consult a veterinarian first.
